Being an out of area homeowner, Teresa was instrumental in helping with market analysis and recommending reasonably priced repairmen to resolve issues before marketing the home. She’s very responsive and knowledgeable. I didn’t have time to establish a longer term relationship with her because the house was put on the market on a Friday and we had a very good offer by Sunday morning.
