Teresa helped the reviewer buy this property

Extremely professional, fantastic communication, and extensive knowledge of the housing market

It was an absolute pleasure working with Teresa during the process of buying a new home. She made the process exceptionally easy and provided listings that fit my requirements. Her responsiveness is fantastic and she was always available, even if I just had a simple question. She has a great deal of knowledge about the housing market as well as amazing negotiation skills. She was able to help me close well below the asking price, all while other people were still putting in offers. Teresa made what can be an overwhelming process, simple, easy, and fun. I've recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so. Thank you again, Teresa.
