We couldn’t have purchased our house without Teresa and we’ll use her for our future investment purchases. We were relocating from another state and found Teresa by chance when we called her office. She FaceTimed us at houses and she was our eyes when we couldn’t be there. She gladly jumped through the hoops required to work with our relocation company. Since we were new to the area she’d tell us all about everything from the best restaurants to the history of the area. She found our gem and negotiated terms that helped us get it (since the market was crazy when we were buying).
