She listened to our needs, was completely aware of our deal breakers and went above and beyond in helping us move and settle in our new place. If we needed anything or anyone - she had a 'person' - always - handyman, plumber, painter, movers.... she had the best (efficient and reasonable) people for the job.She managed to make a difficult process relatively easy by always being available to us and taking on a portion of our burden. We totally trusted her judgement in a lot of situations and she never once disappointed. I would totally recommend her - she is very well versed in the Real Estate business and has a very positive and pleasant personality which helps alleviate the stress associated with the buying/ selling of property.

If you're short on time to read a full review, Teresa is fantastic; that's all there is to it.My wife and I were recommended to contact Teresa by our mortgage broker, and we could not have been h ppier. She responded within minutes and set up a call to introduce hersebetter understand our goals better. We had reached out to Teresa on a Friday as we were planning to view some properties on Sunday (it was a bit of a rushed art). Given the last-minute nature of things, we didn't expect Teresa to come with us to the showings, but without prompting, Teresa volunteered to go with us.We ended up viewing 3-4 properties each Sunday for a month or so. Teresa would always go out of her way to research the property and the seller's real estate team so we could have a good idea of what a fair value offer wo ld be. She was always in contact with our mortgage broker to make sure he was ready to go with any offer we would pu down. Over the course of our house hunt, Teresa would be available via text or call at almost any time of day - we even had some 9/10pm calls to chat about properties and offers.When it came time to put an offer on our current home, Teresa did an excellent job negotiating with the seller's team to get our offer in and accepted. During the escrow, she made sure any and all of our questions were answered and even chased down the HOA for answers to some esoteric questions. We can't recommend Teresa enough!
