Teresa knew the industry and devised a strategy to make sure we avoided the tricks being played in Northern CA What hurt us before we me Teresa was the trick of offering 20K over the asking price (to deter other buyers) only to renegotiate with the seller and get the house for asking. We got a house we wanted and there was no counters to deal with... the buyers accepted our price and we even negotiated appliances and some money off for repairs.
