Teresa is an incredible realtor. She always let me make my own decisions but guided me with her knowledge and experience. Every step of the way I felt comfortable because she would answer and explain ALL of my questions and helped me chose what was right for me. She never made me feel like I was a pest or ignorant, no matter how many times asked her for guidance/ her opinion. She’s no BS. She knows all the dos and dont’s. She’ll explain every reason for everything that’s done. She’ll also tell you what only a smart experienced realtor can, the probable outcome of all the options. I think the only way to even guess at them is because she’s seen the outcome of all the options. Selling or buying a home is a big deal. There’s a lot to consider. I’m a nervous worrisome person, yet she truly made even me feel very confident and comfortable that I was making the best possible choices during the entire process. She presented my options for everything. She offered ideas and probable outcomes for every option. I felt she really had my best interest at heart the entire time. And… now that it’s all done. I have to honestly say I think she was 100% correct with everything she told me. There’s always circumstance beyond anyone’s control, little bumps on any road. She had the solution for every one of them. She knows how to sell your property. And she did. Pretty quickly I might add. I really liked the lawyer i hired as well, (John Parnese) and felt he too was extremely honest and trustworthy. What could have been an extremely stressful process actually wasn’t. I felt she alone was the reason it wasn’t. I would hire again without a doubt. If you’re looking for an excellent realtor, look no further. I defy anyone to find anyone who’s better. Trust me now and trust her as your realtor and you’ll be thanking us both. I am very grateful to her. She nailed everything.
