We were very please with Teresa Hogg. She was always professional, courteous and helpful. Anytime we had a question, she was happy to help. Everything went smoothly from our first look at houses to our decision, through the offer process and closing. Teresa Hogg was a pleasure to work with and I would happily recommend her to others or use her again if the need arose.
Teresa was a joy to work with. She talked with my husband and myself regularly to update us on the sale of our home. We needed to sell quickly and she worked hard to show our home. We were able to sign a contract and close in only a few weeks. I would definitely refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Teresa is a kind and caring person and this is reflected in her personal and professional life. I was glad to have her help me in the process of selling my home. Great agent and a beautiful person inside and out!
Teresa is great!! Great communication!! She had offers coming in just a few days after listing and worked diligently on them. She went well and beyond her duties! She never gave up until the house was sold. Thank you very much Teresa!!
Sold my home in the first week and had multiple offers
Teresa Hogg is the most knowledgeable realtor out there. She kept our best interest uppermost in the sale of our property. We knew we could turn the whole thing over to her and not have to worry about a single thing. Our house was up for sale for only one day when Teresa got an offer that we accepted. We are very grateful for Teresa. Teresa is so patient in walking folks through either a buy or sell. She's very kind and also very professional in her work. You couldn't ask for a better person. In what many think is a stressful ordeal, buying or selling one's home, Teresa has a way of magically smoothing everything out. She's wonderful !!
Teresa was amazing, attentive, patient, knowledgeable and anything else good you can think of. I would recommend her all day every day as well as the Jackson Realty company! She also went above and beyond by helping out with my 4 year old daughter while looking and at the closing, making it easier for us to look and sign at the end. She invited us to community events and even gave her a little present when we closed (Minnie mouse sunglasses)! My daughter now says Teresa is her “best friend”! We simply can’t say enough about her. She made us happy professionally and personally! Love her!!

Honest, dependable, caring. Best agent ever! Sent e mails that matched the budget guidelines and showed any I was interested in. Helped negotiate a price that I was happy with. Explained the paper work in detail.
Teresa was quick to start working hard to sell my childhood home. Selling my childhood home was one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, and Teresa was so caring and compassionate and sensitive. I appreciate her expertise so much and will gladly use her again!
Teresa is a very knowledgeable, capable and experienced agent who is able to work through even the most difficult sale. We appreciate all her efforts to get our house sold.
