My experience with Teresa has been excellent! She assisted me in selling my home and finding me a new home. The search for a new home as you all know is not easy and can be emotional at times. Teresa is very flexible when it comes to searching for that home that the Lord has set aside for you. I believe that my experience with Teresa during the sale of my home, was just a precursor for the exceptional service, I received on the other end as a seller, and now becoming the buyer! Teresa works through the entire process "with you" not just " for you". For example: I believed I found the "one", the home was in the exact location with almost all my boxes checked off. She worked with the sellers Agent to put me next in line to buy in case the buyers backed, out! They backed out, but because my home wasn't under contract the sellers waited on my offer. Meantime Teresa was helping me find another home while she was my Agent to sell my home. God put me under contract on Friday, and that house went under contract on Thursday. God led us to the home he had for me at the same time and they accepted my offer before I went under contract with my home.
