Teri is wonderful. I never could have managed it without her. She sold my home in one day .It wasn't because my home was so great. It's all the work she did prior to the sale , planning, pricing, working with me through all my fear and doubts and problems. I had lived there 49 years and had clutter galore.She organized the staging for show, the open house, all the inspections and necessary papers, I needed oil tank abandonment etc. She worked with my lawyer. Managed to close in NY with out me during the virus outbreak. Terri became so much more than my real estate person, she became my friend. Worked hand in hand with the real estate person down here.
