Teresa Davis was very patient with my wife and I. We 1st started looking for land to put a Tiny Home. Turns out the regulations in NC are not to friendly for Tiny Homes unless it's on a cement slab. So we had to switch gears and start looking for a house to call our forever home. We looked at houses for about 3 to 4 mths before we found the 1 we was both looking for and happy with.
