We started looking for a home two year ago, After we come back from our trip, we contacted Teresa Cho and based on her initially bases on positive online reviews, and could not have been more satisfied with process of choosing the right realtor. Teresa got me the PERFECT home in 7 days – in a seller’s market! Along with working her network of connections, she did this by working with me closely, attentively and, most of all, collaboratively. Teresa listened carefully and was responsive to my reactions to the homes we looked at – that is how we zeroed in one perfect one so fast! It was truly great working with her, it was like hanging out with one of your favorite friends. She made the anxieties of bidding and escrow much easier because of her empathy, detailed explanations, and responsiveness to my concerns. She’s very up front and has a “no surprises” attitude.
