Mrs. Chapman was not only professional and prompt, but very personable too.
From the beginning, Mrs. Chapman was eager to dig in and get the process going. She knew my parents and they dealt with Teresa on another occasion and their comment to me was that she cared about them and looked out for them, in the business of their home.
Both parent eventually passed away and it was me and my sister's job to ready the home and get it on the market. I called Mrs. Chapman and as I inferred above, she was eager from the beginning to help us sell this home while getting the most from it possible.
There were a few snags along the way, and Teresa guided us along to solve each situation. There were a few times me and my sister were confused and lost to what we were doing. Mrs. Chapman would at times, give us mini tutorials on the best solutions.
What I most enjoyed and appreciated about Mrs. Chapman was the feeling that this was not just a business deal that she was attempting to close. She is a genuinely kind and caring person. To me, she became a friend and this is how I feel about her to this day.
We'd have conversations at times about my mom and dad and she would listen in a caring way. My parents took out a reverse mortgage on their home and this concerned Teresa. I spoke to her once, even before my dad passed, and she told me that she wanted to help my dad get out from under that reverse mortgage. She had nothing to gain by this. She simply cared for them and I read this clearly from the first conversation I had with her.
If I were living in the Las Vegas Area, I would easily recommend Mrs. Chapman to friends and family who needed her kind or service. This would be a no brainer.
Thankyou for all the help you gave both me and my sister in selling my dad's home. As difficult as the process can be, you without reservation, made it much easier. Thankyou, thankyou.
Most Sincerely, Robert Burgess
