Teresa is absolutely awesome. We started working with her about a year ago, and we didn't find anything that was the right fit at the time. She stuck with us, though, and was the first person we called when we saw this property online. She scheduled us a viewing the next day and represented us throughout the process. This was our first time buying a property to build on, and Teresa was a great resource for contacts and recommendations for all the people that need to be involved in that process. She's also very knowledgeable about the local market and Austin regulations. Easy communication and very flexible. Really couldn't ask for more in a realtor. Great experience all around.
