Teresa helped the reviewer buy this property

Amazing from showing to closing!

I am a first time home buyer and cannot recommend Teresa and The Atkinson Group Team highly enough! Going through the home buying process for the first time can be daunting, but not with Teresa on your side! She spared no amount of time or energy during the home search and showing process, sharing her extensive market knowledge throughout. When we found the perfect home and it was time to make an offer, Teresa took the time to explain the contract to me line by line. She is extremely organized and detail oriented! Her expertise was again extremely valuable when reviewing and negotiating home inspection items. The final walk through and closing were a breeze and I am so happy in my new home! If you are looking for someone who makes the home buying process fun and easy, has extensive experience in the industry and genuinely cares for her clients I would highly recommend Teresa! Thanks again!!
