Teresa Abney sold my mothers house for us after her unexpected death. I had never sold a house before and she knew everything! She made it so easy for us! Then she staged the house perfectly having us make the most minor changes from painting the front door to changing a faucet and hanging a couple of new up to date ceiling fans and got TOP DOLLAR for the home! It was sold in 3 days and the first person who looked at it ended up buying it! It was during COVID and she had the title company come to the house for us to sign the papers.
