Me and my wife needed to buy a home and we used Terence Jones as our realtor and that was the best decision from the beginning. Our situation is a little different because we were purchasing a home while we were still stationed in Japan but Terence made everything incredibly easy and took a lot of extra steps I know other realtors wouldn't have. He would go from houses to houses, record every little details of every house he visited and send us great videos we can use to make an informed decision. His honesty and knowledge was key in helping us find our dream home. He would point out and comment on quality of construction, finish and gave us honest feedback. We never felt forced into anything.
