Tere sold an "unsellable house" after Milton swept through my home making it unlivable. I was ready to have it demolished, but she assured me that she could sell it as is for the price I needed, and she did! She took a horrible situation and gave it a happy ending. I can't thank her enough.
Well what can I say? A lot! I was desperate, at my wits end!! I wasn’t getting anywhere. Knocking my head upside a brick wall. Then I heard about Teresa from a neighbor. I didn’t act immediately, I was disheartened thinking no one could help me. After one last hard head knock I called Teresa. Tere was there for us at the beginning to help clear out the house and garage. She also contacted removal businesses and listed item to sale on Marketplace. Tere always had ideas on how to best present the property. She even personally painted the shutters and worked on the landscaping. Because we live out of state and could not be on site, Tere would contact us any further upgrades that was needed to make the house more marketable. Tere's photos of the property were magical. The photos and information on all of the amenities of the Harbor Lights community for the online listing were beautifully done. We have bought and sold homes in Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina and Florida and Tere has been the best agent we have ever worked with, giving generously of her time. She was an absolute pleasure!
After I tried to sell my houe with an investor, I realized I was going to have to sell it in the open market.
