Tera is a wonderful person and a consumate professional. I have worked with her twice in the past nine years to handle the selling of my homes. She worked tirelessly to bring me the best offers and to help me find a home that I loved! I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a realtor who puts their needs first!

Terra was very helpful negotiating this sale.
