Tera helped the reviewer sell this property

Amazing experience

We put our home on the market after Tera negotiated a great deal on a home for us to purchase. Her marketing strategies and proactive strategies are impressive. Within 4 days our home was under contract! She was honest with us during negations and made sure we were taking care of. Don’t waste your time on any other realtor!!
