Tera spent months with us in the specific area we were interested in. Anytime something came up that she thought we would like, she wasted no time sending us the info and was willing to meet with us to show it. We were quite picky but she continued to help us. The house we finally wanted was difficult, due to it being bank owned but she kept us informed almost daily as to the the process and progress of the deal. We got the house we wanted for a great price. We are truly grateful to her for sticking with us.
