Tera was great in researching the home we were interested in. She took the things we were looking for and made sure to show us those houses. Some realtors don’t listen to what the client wants but she did. She spent countless hours in helping us get the home we wanted within our budget. She walked us through the process every step of the way and if I didn’t understand something, she always explained. Tera was my neighbor in our last neighborhood, she is a friend and now our realtor.
