We are a military family and we decided to go with a new builder community. Three months into our house building process my husband was deployed and all the house decisions was left to me. This is our first house purchase and things quickly became overwhelming to me. Terra made sure to check-in with me every 2 to 4 weeks and was available for every house appointment that came up or answering any questions I had during the process.
