Born and raised in Austin, Tera is a second-generation native “Austinite” and has proudly watched her hometown grow into an amazing city in which to live and invest. Early in Tera’s professional life, she knew she wanted to sell homes! Tera was licensed in 1994 and is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Austin Luxury Network.
Tera is proud to maintain relationships and friendships with her clients. Most of her business is generously referred from past clients, the ultimate compliment, and she has helped many of her clients buy and sell multiple homes over the years. Tera provides a full-service and client-centric approach to each transaction. She believes that client relationships and skillfully managing each transaction are of utmost importance. She feels it important to go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure her clients receive the customer service they deserve. Tera describes herself as an “over communicator ” and believes in keeping the lines of communication open with all parties during negotiations and throughout a transaction. Tera is knowledgeable with most aspects of real estate including title insurance, single-family construction, mortgage products, zoning, condo regimes, and has been working as a design consultant on remodel projects all over Austin for the last 15 years.
Through this business model, Tera not only assists her clients with the purchase or sale of their home, but also provides her clients design services and contractors to upgrade or improve the property, maximizing the return on their investment. Tera believes positive professional relationships with other Austin Realtors provide a cohesive real estate transaction that ultimately is a win-win for the buyers and sellers.
Tera is supported by a contract-to-close coordinator who handles the deadlines, coordination of details, and back-end communication between all parties. In her free time, Tera enjoys spending time with her family; husband Trevor, son Kade, daughter Coral, and dog Lola. If Tera is not in Austin, you can find her at a beach somewhere under a big beach hat with a home design magazine in her hand.
