Telys Smith

We have been working with Telys Smith for a few months and found her to be very knowledgeable, friendly and assertive when needed. We initially were looking in the southlake area of Hollywood and had very specific criteria in our search. Telys found several homes that met our needs, but each time something kept us from making an offer. We thought we finally found our dream home in the area, only be outbid at the last minute. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as Telys regrouped quickly and found us an even better home in Ft. Lauderdale, which frankly is a much better location and an even better home for us. We closed on our new home two days ago and Telys was there every step of the way, guiding us along the path. Her market expertise is outstanding and her willingness to go the extra mile for her clients is beyond reproach. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or to recommend her to anyone looking for a home or selling a home in South Florida. She's a true gem.
