Purchasing a home is never as easy or as fun as you think it will be. That is why I am so grateful that we were blessed with Telecia as our realtor. Telecia exhibited professionalism, experience, and, most importantly, compassion. She could not have been more patient with us as we looked at one house after another, uncertain of what exactly we wanted in our next home. When we finally found the house for us, Telecia helped us present an offer that was both competitive and fair. In a seller's market, that isn't always easy to do. She carefully scheduled our inspections and offered some extra inspections when we were feeling uneasy. Finally, when it was time to close, she reviewed all of our paperwork with a fine-toothed comb to ensure everything was in order.
