As a first time home buyer, he really took the time to walk me through the process, what to expect, what questions to ask, and helped me manage my expectations. His advice was spot on, and really helped me anticipate what the sellers, lenders, and bankers were all going to ask of me. Teddy has a great understanding about the LA market, and the highly competitive housing market in the San Gabriel Valley. Teddy also connected us to several vendors and contacts for the inspection, lenders, etc. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Like Teddy, they strive to provide quality customer service and are in incredibly accessible. He was always available via phone, email or text. I felt bad that our sale coincided with a previously planned family vacation, but Teddy was very clear in communicating his schedule with us, and probably took way too much time during his vacation to connect with us. When I'm ready to make my next move, whether selling this place or purchasing a new one, I'll definitely use Teddy to help me navigate this process. Teddy really helped alleviate my fears and anxiety about home buying and home ownership. He had excellent tips for what we could do to renovate our place too!
