Teddy helped my wife and I sell our home and did a phenomenal job of helping us throughout the process - from staging for photos and videos, to supporting us through the actual sale of the home. Our home was unique in the area and was difficult to find comps to benchmark against, but Teddy helped not only us work through a realistic price, but helped buyers' realtors understand some of the features that made our home truly unique.
