Teddie was exceptional in listening to my concerns and questions and giving consideration and constructive feedback regarding my home itself. For example, what would make my house better for sale but not exceed what the sale price, neighborhood, etc. will withstand? Excellent in each of these categories is an understatement. I felt completely at ease with each of these, but that I could also expect honesty, not just what I wanted to hear.
