Moreover, he offered to pay for a faucet that turned out to be an upgrade for our kitchen style when we realized that the builder installed a faucet we did not select (the faucet was chosen by the builder because it was the standard option). We also felt our case was challenging because we were both first time buyers and foreigners who do not necessarily understand all the policies and procedures that come with buying a new home. Ted Weaver listed our house in Grimes in 2010. He did a lot of research to help us decide what the list price of our house should be and gave us good advice on what improvements we needed to do on our house to get it sold quickly. He helped us find our new house as well. He was the listing agent on the house we were buying. He was very fair and impartial to us and his other clients during the negotiation, and the whole process went very smoothly. We will definitely use Ted Weaver when we are ready to sell our house again.

Ted helped us purchase a home for our daughter in Adel. Being from Clive I really did not know the market and how to value the property. Ted showed us a home that was in foreclosure, helped us navigate the bank requirements and ultimately purchase the home.

We were first time buyers a year or so before our wedding date. We found Ted via a website and we did not know who or what he would be like as an agent, but we took a chance. After our initial meeting, we found that Ted has the expertise, experience, and great approach to home-buying that benefited us greatly as first time buyers. We ended up buying our first home with Ted as our agent and have been very happy with our home.<br/><br/>One hiccup, however, was the problem with our furnace. We used Ted's recommended home inspector, and were told that the furnace was fine, and maybe it was, but it certainly stopped working well before the 1 year home owner's insurance expired. Ted did try to help to get some, or all, of the cost of the new furnace reimbursed to us, but was unsuccessful so we ended up having to pay $3500 out of our pocket for the furnace.

Ted was extremely attentive to us during our first time home buying experience. He helped us throughout and always made sure we understood every step of the process.

Ted helped us through the process of purchasing a repossessed home that was an eye sore in our area. Because of the low price, I know he did not make much on this transaction. Also it was more complicated because of the repo. He worked as if we were buying a million dollar home for us!

Our experience both in selling our home and in purchasing a new one with Ted Weaver couldn't have been better. In our home sale, his expert knowledge helped us determine a good sale price, while his work with a professional stager and photographer ensured that the online photos of our house were beautiful. We sold after only 2 days on the market. He worked closely with us to determine what we were looking for in a new home, and once comfortable with our wants and needs he visited homes for sale with us in mind, previewed them and made recommendations on which ones we should see, and which we should likely skip in order to help save us time. When it came to the actual purchase, we ran into a few snags with the property we wanted and we were able to rely heavily upon Ted's expert negotiation skills to close the deal. He was with us every step of the way and we will continue to rely on him for any future real estate needs.

Ted did a very professional and knowledgeable job throughout the process of selling our house. I was particularly impressed with the marketing effort & materials. There were many, qualified showings and it was sold quickly, for what we wanted. He kept us informed all the way, and since we had moved out of state, handled all of the closing details.
