Liz and ted did a great job of selling my parents family home, from the beginning Liz passed out a calendar of events that would take place on a specific day and time that was very insuring to our family. Although my parents home was tidy they had lived here for 60 years so there was a long punch list of items that Ted and Liz worked tirelessly on. Besides getting the home ready for market , there was the emotional part of selling your parents home . Ted And Liz handled the situation with tremendous amount of empathy and grace it was so appreciated. I will always recommend ted and Liz to my friends and family for there real estate needs.
