Ted was very helpful with all of our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he went searching for it and would get back to us ! He listened to the things we wanted and helped us find the perfect home while being thousands of miles away !
Even though our property was below average in terms of the average sales price, my wife and I felt like Ted treated us as good as any of his other clients, seemed understanding of our needs, and kept us constantly up-to-date with regard to every aspect of our sale, even when the closing was slower and delayed due to our buyer having an issue selling their property. He was also polite and professional at all times. We will gladly work with him again should we ever have a need for a realtor in the area.

Ted is very proactive and sold my house quickly. He offered suggestions regarding how to write the listing that I found helpful. He kept in touch with me regarding the showings including comments that were made. The only thing he forgot to tell me was that I could port my homestead exemption.
