Ted is very energetic, knowledgeable, and hard working. He regularly kept us informed about the number of showings that occurred after our listing was posted on Zillow. He gave us excellent advice about selling our Sausalito condo. Ted found us a buyer within 40 days after our condo was listed. We closed escrow within a week after we signed the Residential Purchase Agreement. We are delighted with his services.
