Ted is incredible. This was my wife and I's first time buying a home and we couldn't have been happier in our choice to work with Ted. As first time buyers, pretty much every step of this was new to us. Ted did a great job walking us through each step and making sure we never felt overwhelmed or uninformed. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the area in which we hoped to buy. He provided the perfect balance of advice, while giving us space to figure out what was important to us. Beyond that, Ted is also just a really personable guy who was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly prompt with any inquiry or concern we had during the whole process, and always made us feel welcome to bug him with anything, no matter how trivial. He was also incredible at stepping up for us to convince the seller to fix a few major issues that they didn't initially want to address. We always felt like he had our best interest at heart and was just as concerned as we were about making sure we got the right house, at a good price, without rushing it. We will absolutely not hesitate to hire Ted again if we ever look to buy or sell in the future, and we certainly intend to recommend him to anyone we know who is buying or selling as well.

Phenomenal experience with Ted Stewart. I have recommended him to several friends. Unbelievably responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and provided invaluable advice when negotiating and making decisions. He also has great contacts for legal and inspections. Ted is excellent. He has assisted us on a few transactions. As out-of-town investors it is very important we have a a realtor we can trust and one capable of assisting in handling whatever problems may pop up along the way. He really knows the market. Ted has assisted us in both a renovation and resale of a property, as well as tenant placement. We can't recommend him enough!
