Very difficult property to market and sell due to location, and due to the HOA situation with newly- instituted, seriously excessive special assessments and reserves right at time of listing -- and antiquated covenants. Ted stayed with the issues, had numerous over-the-top communications with the HOA officers and with many real estate agents. He coordinated for wonderful staging, obtaining the City permits for delivery/pick up access, and the necessary enforcement of the no-parking zone. He visited the property regularly just to check up on it. He continued to revise the strategy and selling terms -- and explored many options - doing more research and marketing ideas. I know the commission received did not fully compensate for all his time! Then, a sale!
