An industry veteran, Ted has nearly 19 years of residential real estate experience and 15 years of experience working in the luxury home market. He continues to provide exemplary service and real estate guidance to his clients, with the highest level of professional standards.
Ted loves living and working in the Austin area. One of his favorite pastimes is taking out of town buyers on “the tour”, a car trip that highlights the different neighborhoods, points of interest and places that are uniquely Austin.
Ted has learned that the key to successful transactions is, of course, knowledge of current inventory, understanding location and pricing and more importantly, effective communication, relationships, networking, timing and managing his client’s time and expectations. Transparency is always paramount. An accurate analysis of what price your home should list and ultimately sell for is based on market information. No games, just the facts that will enable you to sell your home quickly and at the highest possible price. Maybe that’s why 90% of Ted’s clients are repeat or referral clients.
Before making the leap to real estate, Ted spent many years in the radio broadcast industry as “On-Air” Talent, Program Director and Operations Manager for major market radio stations in Detroit, Washington D.C., Houston and Austin. While in Houston, Ted also owned an advertising/marketing firm. He also was Vice President/Partner of an Austin based marketing and consulting firm, there he sharpened listening, communication and marketing skills that are a natural fit for real estate.
