Ted was most helpful with the sale of an estate property. He spent lots of time with me and assisted greatly with the filling out of the listing documents as well as helping with getting great photos of the home for our listing. He also was great with keeping us updated after a viewing of the home.

Ted's a great guy. Easy to work with. Very accommodating. We moved from out of state so first he emailed listings to us to get an idea what we liked. Then he lined up some houses and showed us around the area to further narrow down our tastes and interests. When we found the house we wanted, he got us smoothly through the entire process from offer to inspection to closing . He was able to answer all of our questions about the area and provide details about utilities and county facilities as well as local areas of interest such as beaches and restaurants. We highly recommend him if you are in the market to buy a house in Sebastian or Vero Beach. We'll definitely call him in the future if/when we decide to move again. Thanks for everything, Ted!
