Working with Teddy was an incredible experience from start to finish. He’s been a family friend since I was a kid, so I already trusted him, but he still went above and beyond in every way. He has shown me homes for years and was always patient, never pushing me to buy before I was ready. Instead, he encouraged me to wait for the right home and supported what I really wanted. He was honest, patient, and really paid attention to every detail I told him, even things I mentioned years ago when we first started looking. I always felt like he truly listened and had my best interest in mind. I couldn’t recommend Teddy enough. Anyone would be lucky to work with him, and I’m so grateful he helped me find my first home.
