I bought a home November 2015 and Ted Gillan was my agent. He was indispensable in the searching and buying process. The best thing about Ted is, I felt he was completely on my side through everything. We made offers on 4 different houses in a month. The first 3 offers the sellers would not take what I felt was what the house was worth to me. Ted patiently just kept looking for more houses for me. He never pushed me to buy or made me feel bad about walking away. In fact at one point he had me laughing out loud at the whole process which really is saying a lot since this was the most stressful experience I've ever had. I had already sold my property and was living in a motel with my 2 dogs for a month. Ted just kept a positive attitude and when we finally found the right house he was able to negotiate the perfect price. At close of escrow Ted was there and again a few days later to check on me and give me the most wonderful house warming gifts. Such a thoughtful, honest, smart, funny great guy. I could go and on but I won't. I will just say if and when I ever sell my house Ted Gillan will be the first person I call!
