Ted & his team were excellent. Ted has extensive knowledge about the home buying process & local properties and shares freely. He was quick to respond to all our inquiries and procured a viewing for us on a house that had been listed only 2-hours before. We got the house. Enough said? For a very tight sellers market, Ted's connections came in clutch when we wanted to find out more about a property. He worked weekends and provided wonderful coffee & popcorn for every meeting. I believe it was due to Ted & his team that we had a very smooth first home buying experience. Ted helped us understand the process from beginning to end and was able to shortcut some common first-time-home buyer missteps. Buying a home (especially for the first time) can be nerve wracking. Having a solid realtor took the edge off, in our experience. 10/10 would recommend.
