Attentive and Knowledgable

Ted walked me through every step of purchasing my first home. He listened to what I wanted in a home, and even picked up on things I didn’t express, like neighborhood settings. He was pleasant, attentive, patient and knowledgable. He took all of my calls and questions and guided me through the process. He narrowed down the best homes to look at and was spot on with what I wanted. He gave appropriate input, and shared direct contact info of people/companies he trusts for services, like mortgage company and security system and everything in between. It made things so easy. I would recommend Ted to anyone that needs a solid Relator. He is knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, sharp mind and patient! Plus he has a rolodex of good contacts for things you may need along the way. He is trustworthy and has great people skills!
