Tean exhibited the highest level of professionalism. He took my wants, my recommendations, and my restrictions to the closing of the property. During the process, Tean arranged for an appraisal so we would know what other inspectors/appraisers would look for. Tean also made himself available to me no matter the time or day. Traditionally, I know realtors work with multiple customers, but during my process, I felt like his only customer. He displayed complete dedication.
