Once again, Dennis & Tonia to the rescue. They coached us on how much due diligence to offer and a price point we could comfortably afford…still way below asking price. Well, the rest is history. WE GOT THE HOUSE. Team Vary helped us navigate through utility set up, ongoing living expenses and skilled workmen to help us make this house our home. If we were ever to buy a house again it would be Team Vary all the way.
