Yes, they were knowledgeable of the market, and assured us that they could sell our home, which they did. At times their communication skills lacked, as well as the knowledge of documentation which had been filled out. We were not real pleased with Dan-O's approach of trying to sell our home with an ADU as primary reason for someone to buy our home. Pam did an excellent job of keeping everything organized and assisting us with the process of selling our home. They did go over and beyond by holding several open houses, which we understand is not normal.
