Excellent communication throughout the process and worked around our busy travel schedule. Always seemed one step ahead and ready for everything. I was concerned that our home would be on the market for an extended period of time, then our house sold in less than a week. My wife and I would both astounded and extremely pleased this wasn't a long drawn out experience. The entire process was very smooth and made our transition to our new home much easier knowing our old home was in good hands. From start to finish, Merci and her team were very professional and friendly and their level of knowledge in the industry is second to none. I would gladly recommend Team Curbow to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in Colorado.

Mercie is on top of everything always. We had some complications with both the sale of our old home as well as the purchase of the new home. Knowing that Mercie was holding our hand through it all & smoothing the way for us helped relieve a lot of stress. We knew she was working hard for us, yet she always maintained a professional & optimistic demeanor.

Mercie was so helpful in selling our first house! We had a great experience!

Jonathan Spohr is incredible! Highly recommend

From the first time I met Mercie and her team, I knew that we’d be going with them, so no reason to talk to anyone else. I don’t like that they pay so much to the buying agent, but hey. They have to make money, too, right?

We have had a total of 7 transactions with Curbow Realty and wouldn’t consider using anyone else in this town! They are top notch!! Mercie always has our best interest and truly listens to our wants and needs. She knows how to get the job done professionally and in a timely manner always with a smile on her face. We love you Mercie!!

The level of professionalism, attention to detail and forethought into the sale of our home cannot be touched by anyone other that Mercie and her team! Such ANOTHER amazing transaction with Team Curbow! Makes number 7 for me! Couldn't imagine working with anyone else!

Team Curbow is exceptional and by far the best realty company. I would recommend Team Curbow for buying or selling of your home. We have used them several times, we always have tons of questions Team Curbow is very knowledgeable and always puts us at ease with their opinions and responses. We love our new home and so happy that Team Curbow helped us with the purchase and selling of our other home with such a smooth transaction.

Amazing experience in preparing us to sell our home in less than three days after listing. We received seven solid offers in less than 72 hours thanks to the professional advice given to us by Mercie Curbow and her talented staff. We couldn't have asked for a better, faster or smoother sale.

Team Curbow has been wonderful to work with. They completed all the hard work required to make everything happen in a very timely fashion, on both the listing and selling of our existing home, and the purchase of a new property and home. Team Curbow were competent and expeditious about every facet of the processes involved. We are so impressed with their knowledge and commitment to our needs.

Mercy and her team went above and beyond helping us both buy and sell our home. They walked us through all the steps and kept us up to date on everything.

Personable, responsive, friendly.
