When you're in the process of buying or selling a home, there are several qualities you hope your realtor has. Great Communication, Integrity, Honesty, and Professionalism. I've experienced first hand how frustrating working with someone can be that is lacking in one of these areas, and it makes you question if you made the right choice. Parker Cermak exceeded all expectations I had. We gave him an incredibly difficult task, with a very short time window to sell our house. But Parker, and his team at Coldwell Banker Crown Realtors, absolutely blew us away with the effort they put forth. After setting up a tight window for the sale, we all set to work. We must have asked Parker a hundred different questions before listing, all of which he answered promptly and honestly. No half promises or exaggerated expectations. In a couple weeks of of staging, touch ups, we had pictures done. Over the weekend, we saw advertisements of our house everywhere, without even trying. The outreach was incredible. It paid off though, getting several showings, and multiple offers within a week. Bottom line, Parker is the one you want in your corner, working with you. His team know what it takes in the realty market, and you're going to rest peacfully knowing the hard part is made easy by them.
