Ryan went over and above my expectations in selling the house. He was easy to work with. He was prompt in returning my calls/texts and communicated well, especially whenever I had concerns. I felt he put a lot of energy into offering Open House opportunities and private showings. I appreciated his help and effort to do things that were needed as I was an absentee seller and not always available to do them myself. He knows the area well as he lives in the community, which is a plus! The steps leading up to the closing were explained well to me so I knew what to expect and what I needed to do.
