Tchaka was very professional and didn’t push us into a home. We worked with him for over 8 months before finding our home in Florida! He helped virtually show us homes as we were moving from Utah which was awesome! Really nice guy and gave us great advice along the way! Ivette and I were amazed with his knowledge of Florida real estate laws. Our purchase was not an easy purchase because the property was taken over by the bank. He immediately contacted the banks attorney and told them that Ivette and I were interested in the property. The attorney gave him the banks contact information and he immediately went to work for us. He went above and beyond our expectations and was able to work out a deal with the bank for us to purchase the property within a reasonable amount of time. The bank was trying to give us an unreasonable deadline and he stood his ground and fought for us. We acquired the property which is 2 miles from Hollywood beach which was very important to us. He also rented the property for us because we can not immediately relocate but we were happy with his professionalism and his persistence in representing us. If I can say anything it is that he will have your best interest in mind when representing you.

As a first-time buyer, I could not be more satisfied with Tchaka's service. He was professional, personable, and extremely responsive to all of my questions, and he went above and beyond to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Once I found the perfect home, I was willing to offer more to get it, but Tchaka's astute guidance and negotiation skills allowed me to close the deal for several thousand dollars less. His integrity and acumen are beyond compare, and if I ever need a realtor in the future, I will definitely use Tchaka again.
