Taylor really knows the market; she is a shrewd negotiator and is always on your side if it's negotiating the selling price, issues that come up after the inspection or just delays. She has a way with people that she gets her message across even if it isn't exactly what the seller or buyer want to hear. I recommend her wholeheartedly. We have also sold a property with her. She pays for an appraisal in order to know what the property is worth and that there are no surprises for the buyer if the property does not appraise at the price listed. Again, shrewd negotiator and she is always on your side, even when she has to tell you something that needs to be fixed or to be flexible. You can trust what she is saying, she knows the market and what is happening in that world- definitely an expert. If I haven't convinced you so far with this review to use her, my final endorsement was that both my children bought properties through Taylor in South Florida, which is a tricky market to navigate, and are now living near us with Taylor's help.
