We spent time in advance of our tours explaining exactly what we were looking for and Taylor had scouted several options prior to our tours. It only took one visit and after visiting several houses the very last one was the house we'd been looking for. One visit and he nailed it. He was very instrumental during negotiations with the seller around complex issues. Taylor assisted us with pre and post closing, assisting us with housing inspections and conducting a final walkthrough as part of the inspections. He's become a friend of our family.
