September 2019 we went to an open house for our dream home, but we still had a month until we would be at our current residence for 2 years; we assumed we would miss out on our dream home because we couldn’t put our offer in. We decided to set up a meeting with Taylor to see our options. We were pleased to hear we could start the process the same day to list out current home to find a buyer to close on a specified day in October and put our offer in to on the potential home. Taylor juggled listing our home, handling all the tiny details on the offer we accepted to make sure we closed on the correct day to not have Capital Gains taxes, and put in our contingency offer on the new home. She worked tirelessly to ensure we were informed and understood all the details of the offers (on both ends). Taylor was always available to us, she answered emails, texts and calls all times of the day; if she didn’t know the answer to a questions she reached out to her huge network of teammates and businesses she works with the find the answer and get back to us, generally, within an hour. To say Taylor is great at her job is a HUGE understatement! From the moment you meet her, you can see the passion in her eyes, hear the excitement in her voice; Taylor loves real estate, she loves people,she loves her hometown, she is genuinely ecstatic when you find your home.
